Multiple 911 calls from child at apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received several possible accidental 911 calls with only heavy breathing heard from an apartment near Southwest 37th Street in Redmond. Responding units were later advised that a small child had apparently dialed 911 and there was no emergency.
