Person reported throwing objects near Canal and Obsidian

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received two reports of a person possibly throwing a car or large object near the intersection of Canal Boulevard and Obsidian Avenue. An officer was sent to check the area and contact at least one reporting party.
