Person walking in roadway on Avondale Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded near Avondale Road in Redmond for a possible traffic hazard involving a disoriented man who had been walking in the roadway and then on the sidewalk. No weapon was reported, and he was described as carrying a shopping bag.
