Juveniles riding in lanes of traffic nearly hit

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers received a complaint about two juveniles on a scooter and a bicycle reportedly moving through lanes of traffic near East Bridge Street and East Cook Street. A caller reported that a vehicle nearly struck them.
