Balcony fire at Wilmington Avenue apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a possible small fire at a multi‑residential wood‑frame building near Wilmington Avenue. The fire, first reported on the second floor and later described as being on an exterior balcony, was apparently knocked down with an extinguisher and then rechecked using water and thermal imaging. Utilities on one side of the building and the crawl space were checked for any remaining heat. A separate medical call for a reported hemorrhage was dispatched to a location on Danny’s Drive with nearby cross streets noted.
