Missing dementia patient near French Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers are responding to a report of a dementia patient who apparently walked away from a property near French Street in Rehoboth about 15 minutes earlier, last seen wearing a Carhartt shirt and jeans and believed to have a Westport address.
