Low power lines reported on Flat Rock Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units were dispatched to an apparent electrical hazard involving low-hanging power lines near the (number withheld) block of Flat Rock Road by McCoy Road and Whit Lane. The lines were reported to be off the ground but may have been struck by a vehicle or equipment.
