Person possibly unconscious in car on highway with doors open

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were sent to State Highway 75 near a recycling business in Blount County for a report of a black car stopped in the inside lane with its doors open and a possibly unconscious person inside. Law enforcement was also requested because the situation was considered suspicious.
