Man revived with Narcan on North Fourth Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a report of a man found down on a pathway near North 4th Street in Renton. The man was reportedly revived with Narcan and was later walking and declining further assistance. A dog was also present at the scene.
