Stabbing near Hunter Woods Plaza; second victim at Reston Hospital

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported stabbing in the Hunter Woods Plaza/Woods Plaza area in Reston; the initial victim was reported as an obvious DOA. A second possible stabbing victim later walked into Reston Hospital with a single stab wound to the chest (connection to the first incident unclear).
