Children left with adult after argument at bar

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported a domestic dispute between two adults at a bar in Reston. One adult said he had left children at a location and was preparing to leave the bar in a rideshare vehicle. The call came from a landline at the bar, and contact with the caller was lost.
