Report of juveniles drinking/yelling in rear parking lot (later found to be a balloon fight)

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to the rear parking lot near Broadway after a report of about 10 juveniles allegedly drinking and yelling at each other. An officer later advised it appeared to be juveniles having a balloon fight and they left the area.
