93-year-old woman suspected of stroke in Rhinebeck

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded in Rhinebeck to a report of a 93-year-old woman with a possible stroke in a residential development near North Loop and Pond Drive East. Multiple EMS units and a fly car were dispatched, and responders were asked to enter through a garage door.
