Pursuit of motorcycle on westbound 210 from Pepper

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers received a request to take over a pursuit involving a black motorcycle with no license plate and the rider not wearing a helmet, last reported entering westbound State Route 210 from the area of Pepper Avenue near Rialto. The rider was originally wanted for speeding and was possibly associated with another police department.
