Broken tree limb hanging over traffic on Knapp

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to reports of a large tree limb broken and hanging over traffic near Knapp Street and Wilson Avenue in Rice Lake. They found a damaged tree with a limb supported by other branches in front of a location on West Knapp Street and planned to monitor it if winds increase.
