Abandoned trailer with vehicles on Highway 10

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were notified of a possibly abandoned flatbed trailer on westbound Highway 10 near Rice, reportedly not blocking traffic and loaded with several side‑by‑side vehicles. The trailer appears to have been parked there since early morning and was reported by local police.
