Brush fire near Daisy Boat Launch in Rice

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a brush fire near the Daisy boat launch along Highway 25 South. The fire was reported moving slowly up a hill, burning brush and some trees between the road and a parking lot, and was expected to be contained without major spread. Additional engines were dispatched under a related incident number.
