Juvenile with disabilities left home without medication

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reported a 17-year-old girl with disabilities who apparently left a residence near Halls Road without her medication, carrying a bag. The caller was following her in a gray van and updating deputies as she walked and then sat near the end of the driveway.
