Person with protective order retrieving belongings

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a location near East State Street in Richfield for a possible family-related dispute involving a protective order. A caller reported that his belongings were left outside at a residence covered by the order and that he would wait down the road to pick them up once officers arrived.
