Reckless white van reported on Highway 17

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible reckless driver in a white panel van with Mississippi license plates traveling south on Highway 17 near the Gasconade River Bridge. The reporting party was driving a Honda. Units acknowledged and appeared to respond to the complaint about the vehicle driving all over the roadway.
