Suspect flees on foot near Meade Avenue in Richmond

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were involved in a possible foot pursuit beginning near West Grand and Brush Street, with the suspect last reported running along San Pablo Avenue. The search continued and officers later reported losing visual of the suspect near the 800 block of Meade Avenue, and the scene was cleared.
