As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were requested near Wellstone Way after a resident ((name withheld)) reported a white male juvenile (about 10–12 years old) was “ding-dong-ditching” and running away between 9 and 10 p.m. The juvenile was reported to be riding a bike and wearing a mask and hoodie; caller advised it is an ongoing issue.
