High speed pursuit on Lexington Road in Richmond

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were involved in a possible high speed pursuit of a silver car on Lexington Road near the interstate. The driver reportedly threw a black pouch out of the vehicle and continued southbound without stopping. Forest service units were also in the area assisting with tornado cleanup.
