Aggressive dog chasing people near townhouse

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a highly aggressive dog near a townhouse between Morningside Drive and East Lexington Street. The dog, described as a possible German shepherd and pit bull mix with a black collar, was reportedly chasing and trying to bite people near a blue pickup truck in the driveway.
