Unconscious diabetic patient found near Althea Drive

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units were dispatched to a possible diabetic medical emergency at a residence near Althea Drive, where the patient was reported unconscious. In a separate call, an apparent animal welfare complaint was reported at a location on South Riverfront Street involving numerous unattended kittens.
