Person falls and is found back in wheelchair

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units responded to a fall incident near Blackwood Drive. The patient was reportedly in the middle of the street and may have been under the influence of drugs. Later, the patient was back in a wheelchair and the response was canceled.
