As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a possible verbal dispute near Bergen Avenue reportedly related to a sidewalk or traffic issue. The involved person was described as wearing a white shirt, khaki or green shorts, a hat, and a blue backpack, last seen heading eastbound on Preston and possibly entering a nearby parking lot on a bicycle.
