Headed towards Ridgeway, it's a black two-door BMW or Mercedes, unknown Colorado plate, was speeding, tried to pass, and damn near killed someone per the RP, ran them off the road, going approximately 90 miles per hour. RP is willing to sign, and per Westcoe, the caller just called back. on 911 and the license plate given Charles, Frank, Sam, Mary, 8,4. It is a Colorado license plate with Columbines, headed northbound just outside of Ridgeway, break for plate. And plate comes back on a 2011 Mercedes sedan, shown black in color out of Placerville, aired at 10502.
