Dispute between neighbors after alleged assault

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report from an apartment on North Pacific Avenue in Rio Dell about an apparent dispute between neighbors. The reporting party said her husband came home crying and claimed a neighbor had assaulted him. Another neighbor later reported that the same man went to a nearby residence, yelled incoherently, and blocked the doorway, preventing him from leaving.
