State patrol. 1064-1064 North area cars. The area is a possible riverage, going to be Highway 285 to South of Villa Grove, but headed northbound. RP advised that there's an 18-wheeler truck that is trying to pass another vehicle and almost crossed the head-on. The 18-wheeler has a white trailer, but the RP was unable to take the cap color. They did advise it as an out-of-state plate but couldn't get wet state or numeric. RP was willing to find a ton of their patrol to myself.
