Search for woman possibly in water at Caswell Park

As discussed during the dispatch call, responders are assisting another agency in checking Jacob Myers Park and Caswell Memorial State Park for a woman who may have gone downstream in the river. No calls for active water rescue have been received, but units are searching the area as a precaution.
