Person tried to sell drugs after taking backpack

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to check the area near a residence on Mulholland Drive after a reported disturbance. A man reportedly took a backpack from a car, returned it, and was not violent or causing injury. The same person apparently tried to sell drugs to the reporting party and was last seen on foot near Spring Creek.
