Suicidal individual at Ripton intersection willing to be transported

As discussed during the dispatch call, a suicidal individual willing to be transported was reported near the intersection of Goshen Road and Vermont Route 125 in Ripton. No weapons were reported, and the patient later appeared conscious and alert.
