Domestic dispute with intoxicated partner at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports a possible domestic argument at or near East Ohio Avenue and Sunset Drive, involving an intoxicated girlfriend and a man who has been drinking and is loading belongings into a vehicle but does not want to leave. Children are not currently at the home but are expected to return from visitation soon.
