Report of kidnapping later found to be unfounded

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a caller near Perrin Street who reported that his adult girlfriend was possibly kidnapped by a group of juveniles on bicycles heading toward Abbott Street. A separate medical call was dispatched for an older woman at a residence on Buckingham Avenue. The girlfriend was later found safe sitting on a porch.
