Report of woman kidnapped near Abbott Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to a home near Perrin Street after a caller reported that his 34-year-old girlfriend had possibly been kidnapped by a group of youths on bikes near Abbott Street. Responding units searched the area, then reported that the woman appeared to be sitting safely on the porch at the residence.
