Suspicious person walking through Riverdale yards

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a suspicious man in a neighborhood near West Luna in Riverdale. The man, described as in his thirties and heavy set, was reportedly walking between yards and may have taken items before heading southbound on Wyatt.
