Suspicious person seen near house on Railroad Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a man repeatedly seen near a neighbor’s home on East Railroad Avenue in Rives, Tennessee. The man was reported walking into the neighbor’s carport and then leaving the driveway toward a nearby business.
