Low communication cable hanging over Seminary Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, responders were sent to the area between 6th and 7th on Seminary Street for a low-hanging communication cable stretching from a pole toward a house, with instructions to remove it if it was no longer attached to the home to prevent vehicles or people from hitting it.
