Faulty smoke alarm at Bates Road home

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units responded to a reported fire alarm at a home on Bates Road in Rochester. Crews investigated and determined it was a faulty smoke alarm in a second-floor bedroom. Another unit was later directed to Pleasant Avenue for a possible domestic disturbance after a 911 hang-up with yelling heard in the background. A medic unit also transported a patient from a separate medical call.
