Reckless black van reported on North Highway 27

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were alerted to a possible reckless driver in a black van traveling southbound on a highway near Rock Spring. The vehicle was reportedly moving through the turning lane and crossing several lanes of traffic at once. Radio traffic indicates there appeared to be one occupant, and units were asked to check the driver’s condition if they made contact.
