Minor crash at West Main Street and Wall Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported minor vehicle crash near West Main Street and Wall Street. The involved drivers apparently exchanged insurance information and left the area before police arrived. An officer later planned to meet a crossing guard and obtain the vehicles’ license plate information.
