Man follows and yells at woman on Midland Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a welfare and disturbance call near Midland Avenue about a petite woman who was reportedly being followed and yelled at by an unknown man. The man was last reported going into a house across the street and then leaving in a black SUV headed toward Jefferson.
