Reckless SUV driver on Knoxville Highway

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a report of a reckless white Toyota SUV on Knoxville Highway near Rockford Heights in Rockford, Tennessee. The vehicle reportedly forced another driver partially off the road and was last seen heading toward town near a Dollar General by Sam Houston. The reporting driver was not injured and is not following the vehicle.
