Harbor off of Snow Marine Park for a report of a small sailboat that's capsized. There was one male in the water trying to right the boat. Callers on Sherman's Lane and Owl's Head looking out at the Rockland Harbor. There's approximately 75 to 100 boats moored. This sailboat has just passed those boats. Again, Rockland Fire, Rockland EMS responded to Rockland Harbor off of Snow Marine Park, a report of a small sailboat that is capsized. One male was on board. He's currently in the water trying to right the boat. Callers on Sherman's Lane Owl's Head looking out at the Rockland Harbor. It's 75 to 100 boats moored off the harbor in the southern part of town.
