Small mulch fire under resort clubhouse porch

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched to a small mulch fire under a porch at a clubhouse near Warrenton Street and the Samoset Resort in Rockport. A single fire engine was requested, and a supervisor was already on scene.
