Disabled vehicle due to lack of fuel in Rockport

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a disabled vehicle near Park Street and Meadow Street in Rockport after the driver reportedly ran out of fuel. An officer appears to have assisted with fuel, and the driver was able to leave safely.
