Suspicious car with loud exhaust reported in parking lot
Disorderly ConductCounty 17. 171-3-8-Rourne. 17 being routed to 3388 Carnell Road, reference to sufficient vehicle. using will be a small four-door car, unknown color, has a loud exhaust. They've had incidents lately with the loud car coming by and stopping in their lot. They are currently stopped in the neighbor's lot and turned off their lights.
