Multiple people hurt in crash at McDonald’s lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to an apparent vehicle crash with injuries at a fast-food restaurant on Myers Road in Rocky Ridge. Several patients were transported by basic life support ambulances to Meritus, and there was concern that additional patients from a bus might still appear.
