Man in mental crisis sitting in running car in garage

As discussed during the dispatch call, a welfare check was requested near Lake Road for a 59-year-old man reportedly in a mental crisis and sitting in a running vehicle inside a garage. The caller said he has a history of depression and firearms may be secured in a house safe. His mother was also inside the home. Units arrived on scene.
